We believe that flexibility and tailored design help turn a house into a home.

We offer the following options:

• Simply pick from one of our plans from a previous custom designed build
• Start with one of our plans and add your own ideas, style and creativity to turn it into your unique dream home
• Bring your own plans; or
• Just bring your ideas, thoughts, sketches and dreams and our design team will turn them into your dream home.

Once you have designed your home and have your floor plan, Davolyn Constructions will create an estimate*

* Estimate based on general specifications, council requirements, personalised normal inclusions and your budget.

Our Design process includes a free preliminary consultation.  This meeting will review the type of home you want:

• Low set, modern, traditional, Queenslander or something more unique
• Living areas, number of bedrooms, kitchen design ideas
• Exterior finish options
• Covenant approvals required
• Your budget – so we can tailor the design within your budget.

Our Experienced team can add value to your design by:

• Determining the best orientation to suit your land and take advantage of your land’s natural features
• Ensure the design works with the fall of the land on sloping blocks and captures views where possible
• Using materials, textures and design concepts to maximise useful space and make small spaces appear larger.
